Well, you missed a great talk on the use of analytical chemistry techniques that Dr. Joyce Zhao and her colleagues at Jordi Labs employ to identify the constituent components of various personal care products. In her case studies Joyce reviewed results from her analysis of:
- Bar soap
- Rose petals
- Designer vs. Imitation fragrance (hint…spend the extra money!)
- Lot-to-lot comparison of bar soap
