Howard recently joined Lincoln Fine Chemical in their newly created Technical Manager position. He has over 12 years of formulation experience in Personal Care R&D. Before joining the Lincoln group, he was a formulator and project leader in global product development for both the Hair and Skin cleansing categories at Unilever HPC. Howard earned his B.S. in Biology from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT.
